1. Who we are

This policy describes Free Spray Foam Quotes and its directory services. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the platform operator. Independent contractors listed in the directory operate their own businesses.

2. Information you provide

A quote request may include your name, email address, telephone number, project street address, city, state, ZIP code, project type, areas to insulate, measurements, timing and notes. Business registration and profile management may include representative contact details, business identity, services, service areas and profile content. We also receive information you send in support or privacy correspondence. Please do not include passwords, government identification, payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in project notes.

3. How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and profiles, record and coordinate project requests, respond to inquiries, maintain the directory, troubleshoot problems and help prevent misuse. Contact about a requested project is separate from optional promotional communications. A request is not a booking, purchase or installation agreement.

4. Quote requests and contractors

The request process identifies the company you are contacting. The recipients of a submitted request are that company and authorized platform personnel who coordinate the request, together with service providers needed to operate the process. Your request is not a public directory listing. Review the recipient and contact notice before submitting. A contractor that receives your details may retain and use them to respond to your project under its own practices; ask that contractor directly about information it holds.

5. Public profiles and contributions

Business information designated for display, including company names, services, service areas and public contact details, can be viewed by visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Avoid putting private customer details in public profile content. If reviews or other public contributions are enabled, review the submission notice to understand which details will be displayed. Removing content from this platform does not immediately remove third-party copies or search-engine caches.

6. Location and technical information

Location searches use the area you enter. The directory also includes approximate IP-based location services. Device-based location is requested through your browser; you can decline or revoke permission and enter an area instead. Map, location and other embedded-service providers may receive technical information, such as an IP address, when their services load.

Account sessions and site functions may use cookies or similar storage. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and diagnostic records. Browser settings let you manage cookies and permissions, although blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or other features.

7. Service providers and other disclosures

Hosting, email, maps, location and technical-support providers may process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process, or where necessary and legally permitted to investigate fraud, protect users and maintain service security. External websites and independently operated contractor services have their own privacy practices.

8. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, account status, support needs, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Request records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Deletion requests require review, and some records may need to be retained for a justified legal or security purpose. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to submit a request, limit optional information and manage browser permissions. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact privacy@freesprayfoamquote.com. Identify the account or request and explain what you need; do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents with an initial inquiry. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records.

Depending on your residence and the laws applicable to the platform, additional rights may include receiving a portable copy, opting out of certain uses or appealing a decision. Requests will be evaluated under applicable law. Privacy requests should not be submitted through a contractor’s quote form.

10. Children

The directory is intended for adults arranging services or representing businesses, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the information can be reviewed and handled appropriately.

11. Changes and contact

We will identify revisions with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes should be reflected in the relevant forms and service notices as well as this policy.
